Paying For Your Visit

We are participating providers with PacificSource, Providence and BlueCross BlueShield plans.  Benefits with each plan vary, so we ask that our patients investigate about their coverage though we are always happy to provide a complimentary verification of your benefits.  Our massage therapist can perform medical massage which may be covered by your insurance, so be sure to ask us!

If you do not have insurance coverage for chiropractic or massage, we are still happy to see you! We participate with ChiroHealthUSA, a discount medical program, through which we can provide significant discounts to members, especially for infants and children.  Enrollment in this discount program is simple, fast and can be done in the clinic on the same day as your appointment for just $49 annually per household! Please contact the office for more information.

We are non-participating with Medicare, which means we can see you if you are a Medicare recipient, but we will collect all fees upfront. If you are entitled to a reimbursement from Medicare, this will come to you directly. We will still handle the billing for you though.

If you or a loved one have been involved in a motor vehicle accident, your auto insurance (known as personal injury protection or PIP) will cover medically necessary chiropractic care and therapies to help you recover from injuries sustained in the accident. Our extensively trained staff diagnose, treat and bill your automobile insurance and work with your care team to recover as quickly as possible from these injuries. No referral is necessary and there is typically no out of pocket expense for you.

We can treat on the job injuries by billing your worker’s compensation claim. If you utilize our clinic as your attending physician, you are entitled to 18 visits within 60 days following your injury. We can accept open worker’s compensation claims after we have verified the status of your claim with your adjuster. We are happy to help with filing new claims if you have not yet seen a provider for your injury as well. Oregon law allows for you, the injured worker, to choose the provider of your choice and your employer cannot dictate whom you are able to see. Please contact our office with any questions.

All payments are made at the time of your visit. We accept all major credit cards, cash and check. If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you can use those here! You can keep a credit card on file with us if you would like. This streamlines your checkout process and is handy for our more frequent practice members. Obviously, any and all information that you give us will never be shared without your consent, ever. Charges for any services are final, and if we made a mistake, we will correct it. We do charge for missed appointments, so please let us know if you’re not going to make your appointment so we can give that time slot to another practice member.

It is our mission to provide quality, affordable care to all in need, so if feel you can’t afford care please speak to us, we are here to help.
